Get A Grip Mountain Biking provide mountain bike skills courses and guided tours. The courses are structured to help novice and intermediate riders increase their confidence and improve their off road biking techniques when tackling challenging terrain.
Allan and Rachel Davey are based in the Thames Valley area and hold many of their skills courses and guided rides in the beautiful countryside of Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
